Once I had an second interview with a candidate scheduled. When he was a no-show, I thought it was weird but went on with my day. As I was heading out to lunch, I saw the gentleman passed out in his car in the parking lot. When I knoceked on the window and woke him up, he told me that he had been out all night before drinking and didn't bother to go home because he didn't want to be late for the interview. So he drove right to the office and fell asleep.
